#FFHolidayChallenge

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

Welcome to the #FFHolidayChallenge, our annual program that provides motivation, encouragement, accountability and support — all at the time when we all need it the most. 

As always, the challenge is powerful yet simple: Move your body for thirty minutes every day from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day.

Any and all movement counts and is encouraged! Run, walk, dance, bike, do yoga, shop, wrap presents — whatever works for you on any given day.

This is about progress, not perfection. About making YOU a priority during a season that gets so hectic. About finding camaraderie with other women. About showing up and cheering others on. 

The challenge is FREE for every woman who wants to participate. Simply join the private Facebook group we’ve created for the challenge — click here to join — and show up as you like to post updates, collages and sweaty selfies and to encourage other women in their progress.
