Shipping & Exchanges
All online orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail and we strive to ship every package 7-10 business days from the time of purchase (this excludes holidays and weekends). We process every order ourselves and do our best to get them out sooner if possible.
Exceptions include pre-orders and special ‘limited time’ purchase windows. With all pre-orders, we place orders after the sale window closes so your items will ship 7-10 business days from the end of this order window, not your specific date of purchase.
We cannot rush or overnight packages so plan ahead and order early!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that will include your tracking number. Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded in the system by USPS.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $125.00. Orders under $125.00 are subject to flat rate shipping based on cart total.
We have a strict 30-day return/exchange policy. This means, from the date of your order you have 30 days to return or exchange any unworn or unused apparel or flowers you purchased. Items worn, washed, sweat in are not able to be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. If the item was a gift, please let us know who purchased the gift for you, so that we can process it accurately for an exchange.

Please allow 48 hours for a response, keeping in mind our business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., CST, Monday to Friday. Also, because our inventory is constantly changing, we have a strict 30-day return/exchange policy from the time your order ships to you. This means, from the date of your order shipping, you have 30 days to return or exchange the item you purchased. No exceptions.
