How was the Tell Her collection made?
The collection features 35 uniquely designed cards with an ocean-inspired theme printed on beautiful off white recycled #120 paper. The paper is locally sourced and printed in Madison, Wisconsin, by Bob’s Copy Shop, owned by Amy Pigott. Mel worked closely with local designer Tracy Behm of Fresh Studio Design in McFarland on the aesthetic of the cards. The vision was for each card to stand on its own but effortlessly become part of this larger collection. The design was inspired by Mel’s love of the ocean and her personal style of blues, creams and metallics.
“I wanted these cards to feel precious and timeless. I wanted each one to have unique design elements that made it different than the rest.”
– Mel Charbonneau
Every Tell Her package will arrive in a beautiful custom-designed box. This box will have a smooth finish, giving it a high-end and rich touch. The box measures 8 x 4 x 2 inches and was designed to perfectly hold a woman’s Tell Her note card collection. This box is durable enough to ship and travel, but will be a beautiful edition to a desk or nightstand as well. This box was custom designed by Tracy Behm and printed by Packlane.
“I want women to have a home for their Tell Her cards. It needed to be something durable yet elegant. This box design turned out just beautiful, and it allows women a safe place to keep cards, pens and everything Tell Her in one place.”
– Mel Charbonneau
