Stress Free Returns
If there is a problem with your order, we’ll always work with you to fix it. Please send your item(s) to the address below and include a note with the following information on it:
– Explanation for the return. Why are you returning or exchanging it?
– At least two different ways to contact you directly. (Home phone, cell phone, email, etc.)
Please note: As our inventory is constantly changing, we have a strict 30-day return/exchange policy. This means, from the date of purchase (online or expo) you have 30 days to return or exchange the item you purchased. No exceptions. If the item was a gift, please let us know who purchased the gift for you, so that we can process it accurately for an exchange.

We spend a lot of time painstakingly designing and creating our products and apparel. And hey, we love pretty, well-made and high-quality things ourselves and we extend this mindset and shopping philosophy into the products and apparel we choose. We want you to love them. We want our Fellow Flower gear to be your favorite item in the closet. We want you to wear it proudly. We will work with all our vendors and internal team to bring you the most amazing quality products possible.
